"It was my voice, but it came from a place deep within me I had never known existed.

That’s how my book Coming Home: The Return to True Self begins. I share it with you because it was the very moment my life changed forever, and it will help you understand how I approach the work I offer on this website.

That intuitive message from my true self took me by surprise...I couldn’t have predicted or planned it...but when it happened, I listened.

It transformed the person and business woman I was.

Like many dedicated, successful business owners, for years I had been suffering the exhaustion, depletion, and loss of joy that comes with overwork...unable to reach outside my self-made cyclone of responsibilities and activity to pull myself to calmer ground.

Then, as I heard the voice of my true self, I felt the TRUTH of its message.

As the weeks and months progressed I made radical changes to my business and personal life to restore balance and choose good health over profit.

It was risky and scary to make such big changes...I was afraid I would lose all my money and my life would fall apart.

But it turned out to be the best thing I had ever done!

It worked for one reason: I continued listening to my true self. Every day I took time to turn my awareness inward and ask questions.

 

 

 

The information I received was consistently the most loving and compassionate I had ever heard...and always accurate.

With kindness and clarity, my true self showed me why specific events where happening in my life and how I could use them in the most positive ways possible.

 

My true self showed me the bigger picture for my life...and for the greater scheme of Life that includes all of us.

 

In it was a whole new system for approaching work and resolving the pressures I felt about time and money.

My life improved so dramatically that I began teaching others the system...and how to apply it to their circumstances, including how they ran their businesses and coped with their pressures about time and money.

I discovered that dynamic, motivated women were hungry for my system...it provided the piece they had been missing!

   

My new career as a coach was launched, and a few years later my first book, Coming Home: The Return to True Self, was published.

   

For 25 years now I have been showing women how to finally have the REAL SUCCESS and HAPPINESS they have been seeking. Through my private coaching sessions and classes, amazing things happen.

Sometimes the work I do with clients or students is very personal...like creating more self-love and compassion...as my true self taught me. Then they make the best possible choices for themselves, their families, and their businesses.

Or I teach them how to feel worthy and deserving of money, and their incomes increase.

Other times we zero in on their businesses.

These women might be successful in business but stressed and overwhelmed by all they have to do.

 

Their never ending To-Do lists, packed schedules, tendency to procrastinate, difficulty focusing, and fear of doing the wrong thing...all the while looking like they have it all together...are wearing them out.

And free time and peace of mind...those are just dreams!

But those problems resolve as I walk these high achievers through my step-by-step process to restore balance, get laser clear, make brilliant decisions, increase their income and free time...and Yes!...find peace of mind.

I wonder...does it seem to you that more women these days are running out of steam for the work they're doing...and it's getting harder for them to go on doing it?

They crave work that is more fulfilling and meaningful...but they don't know how to get there?

I talk with a lot of women who feel that way. Often they feel disoriented by the change they are facing or unsure how to proceed. Or they are afraid to move forward on their own.

Sometimes all they need is a mentor who knows the territory to guide and support them.

I'm a natural at it. By making the major change I told you about in the beginning of our conversation and then living from my true self for more than two decades...it has become second nature to me to discover new and fulfilling pursuits and follow them successfully.

Each one has made my life exciting and rewarding at a deep level.

 

For example, in 1999 a surge of creativity moved me to start painting. I became so immersed in creative joy while I painted that in 2000 I founded Arts for Healing, a nonprofit project through which I started leading painting groups for people diagnosed with cancer...and I still lead them today.

 

Then in 2002 I fell head-over-heels in love with dogs and dog training. So a few years later I started a small dog training business on the side, Hot Diggity Dog! Through classes and private sessions, my dog Rincon and I teach together. Now for us, lots of days are Take Your Dog to Work Day!

These are just my side pursuits...things I do in addition to my work this website is about...and I can honestly tell you that all these things I do make my heart sing.
