Years ago I had a successful business I loved so much and was so committed to that it slowly took over my life. I thought that with success would come ease, but instead it turned out that...

I routinely worked evenings and weekends…and when I wasn’t working, I was thinking about work.
The overwork made me so stressed all the time that I could no longer relax on vacations…so I stopped taking them!
When friends asked to get together, I felt annoyed they were intruding on my work time. I was rarely sick, but, honestly, I never really felt well either.
Even though I loved my work, it was draining the life out of me.

...and I was afraid everything would fall apart if I slowed down.
The momentum was so strong that I just kept going…until…
...I started getting acupressure to cope with my stress. In an oasis of quiet, I lay clothed on the acupressure table while the practitioner gently pressed acupressure points on my body.
As she worked, my body relaxed...and the headache I had come in with melted away. Or my clenched jaw let go and softened. Or the perpetual tightness in my chest released, and I could take deep breaths.
During one session, I tuned my awareness into my body…and I got a shocking realization that...
...I was in DANGER! 
I suddenly just knew in every fiber of my being that I was so worn out that if I didn’t step off the hamster wheel of stress and overwork...I would soon have a serious health crisis…
…and that I would probably DIE from it!
That was the turning point. For the first time, I was hearing the inner voice of my true self...my deep intuition.
I could not ignore its urgent message. I set aside time every day to listen to that wise inner voice of true self...so I could learn a better way to live.
In the process, I discovered SECRETS that no one had ever told me!
I learned how to restore balance to my life AND do work I loved. I found out why working harder was never going to get me where I wanted to be.
And I discovered the source of REAL SUCCESS and HAPPINESS.
I stepped off that hamster wheel...
...and my life improved so dramatically that I began teaching others the system I had learned. I discovered that dynamic, motivated women were hungry for it...it was the piece they had been missing!
My new career as a coach was launched, and a few years later my first book, Coming Home: The Return to True Self, was published.
